Monetary Recession Have Ruined Me Can Credit Card Debt Settlement Get Me Through The Rough

To me personally the past two years were catastrophic in financial terms!  Everyone knows that this economic collapse has had a sizeable influence on virtually the entire earth; and for me personally I got knocked back pretty darn hard.  I used to be a investment banker right before this economic collapse arrived and I seemed to be doing wonderfully, after the overall economy got changed upside down I found myself with no job.  Which was only the initial punch against my personal monetary well being.  You see I also had more than $100,000 put in a commercial real estate development project.  Back then it was the smart move to make people were building a killing in real estate property; however that crashed down quicker than I lost my career, as a result putting me with no job and down a giant amount of my capital.

I searched the market for nearly a year to find employment following getting laid off; and it’s also at a notably lesser income than I was accustomed to.   In the period I had been not working I relied predominantly on credit cards to help keep my home above water and pay various other regular bills including food and fuel ect.  This placed me in a even worse economic predicament than I was already in.

I went from possessing a $100,000 a year plus occupation to absolutely nothing, forfeited a huge amount of money in a housing investment which should have set me up for life, and now I’m tangled deep in credit card debt and barely capable of paying them back.

At this point presently I’m very near to looking at chapter 7 to see if I can take care of this credit card debt; that’s until I had been informed of an additional method to pay off my credit card debt.  This process is debt resolution that is much the same in effect to debt negotiation.  Presently unsecured debt settlement has been one of the biggest ways of debt relief.  The main problem is there are some detrimental elements to debt negotiation such as collections telephone calls, law suits, and low credit score.   The bottom result of this debt resolution method however will wind up saving me lots of money and I’ll get rid of debt in just a few years; in comparison with the detrimental repercussions of bankruptcy this debt resolution process just may be the ideal solution.

Apparently with debt resolution things are handled by way of a law firm giving me the borrower a lot more rights under the law.  They tell me after the debts are in the possession of of a 3rd party collection firm  they are able to for legal reasons halt these folks from contacting and bothering me.  One more sizeable benefit is that in case one of my creditors sues me they are going to still be able to settle an out of court negotiation for me; that’s something debt settlement organizations will not be allowed to accomplish.  And yet an additional benefit is that they will work in part by contingency, meaning they will work to save me personally the most sum of money because the more they are able to save me the more they will earn.  So it works out for everyone concerned very beautifully, I have pretty much decided and will be employing this as my credit card debt reduction in order to get back on concrete financial footing.
